General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jayo 9 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jayo 9 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at jayo-9.com.

By accessing the jayo 9 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jayo 9 platform.

jayo 9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Definitions

• Account: The registered player account created by an individual upon completing the jayo 9 registration process.
• Balance: The total amount of real-money and/or bonus funds held in a player's jayo 9 wallet at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• Bonus Funds: Any promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposits awarded by jayo 9 under an active promotion, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

jayo 9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and the full range of jayo 9 services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of this Agreement.

Registration Requirements

• You may hold only one active account on jayo 9. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jayo 9 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jayo 9 will treat any activity performed using your login credentials as activity authorized by you.
• You must notify jayo 9 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization by contacting our support team.
• Account registration is free. jayo 9 does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining a player account.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jayo 9 conducts KYC verification to confirm the identity and age of players prior to processing withdrawals and, in some cases, at the point of registration. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months showing your name and residential address.

User Obligations

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and Collusion: Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage over jayo 9 or other players.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through techniques such as opening multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements, or any other strategy that jayo 9 reasonably determines constitutes abuse of its promotional system.
• Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated betting software, data-scraping tools, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorized software to interact with the jayo 9 platform in a way that is not available to all other players through the standard interface.
• Money Laundering: Using the jayo 9 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. jayo 9 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in connection with any such investigation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals through your bKash, Nagad, bank, or any other payment provider for deposits that were validly processed by jayo 9. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate account closure and the recovery of outstanding funds through lawful means.
• Harassment: Using the jayo 9 platform, live chat, or any communication channel provided by jayo 9 to harass, threaten, abuse, or defame other players, jayo 9 staff, or third parties.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jayo 9 supports a range of local and bank-based payment methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All player funds are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and all transaction amounts are displayed in Taka within the platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by jayo 9, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jayo 9 account in under 10 seconds under normal network conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your financial institution's processing times.
• jayo 9 does not charge any fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are the responsibility of the player.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned to the source account.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in line with anti-money laundering best practices.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is approved.
• jayo 9 processes withdrawal requests within one business day. The actual arrival time of funds in your payment account depends on the processing speed of the receiving payment provider.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money funds and bonus funds that have cleared the wagering threshold can be withdrawn.
• jayo 9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in size or frequency, as part of its ongoing fraud prevention and anti-money laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

jayo 9 offers a range of promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and seasonal incentives to registered players. All promotions offered by jayo 9 are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each individual offer. In all cases, the following general bonus rules apply.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be removed from your account without compensation.
• jayo 9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any player who has already opted into a promotion and is actively meeting its wagering requirement will be allowed to complete it under the original terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be active in your account at any time unless the promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Players who are found to be abusing the promotional system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering, or other strategies that jayo 9 determines constitute bonus abuse — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes only. jayo 9 does not guarantee any specific outcome from the use of bonus funds, and the wagering requirement represents a minimum participation threshold, not a guarantee of profit.
• Cash-back promotions, where offered, will be calculated on net losses over the stated qualifying period and credited to the player's account as bonus funds subject to the wagering requirements specified in the offer.

Account Suspension & Closure

jayo 9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jayo 9 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions or where such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform, the safety of other players, or jayo 9's compliance obligations.

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 4.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified in a KYC request.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or their payment provider against jayo 9.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools available in the player's account settings or via the support team.

Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, jayo 9 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach (for example, at the player's request or as a result of a voluntary self-exclusion), any remaining real-money balance after the deduction of any outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The jayo 9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jayo 9 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability of the platform, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unforeseen technical incidents may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

• jayo 9 shall not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect loss, or consequential damage arising from your use of the platform, even if jayo 9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• jayo 9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• jayo 9 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet outages, or network disruptions that prevent a player from accessing the platform or that cause a bet or game session to be interrupted.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, jayo 9 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players' accounts. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.
• jayo 9 does not accept liability for any tax obligations arising from your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any tax obligations applicable to gambling winnings in your jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and jayo 9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. jayo 9's failure to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
